How I can get the best settings for my NVIDIA card for WoW?

I've been a bit frustrated by the way has been playing WoW on my computer. I have an HP Pavilion 9100 p6210y with NVIDIA integrated graphics, a 2.6 GHz processor Quad-Core, 6 GB RAM, 640 GB and HD. Am assuming that the problem has to do with my graphics card settings, because WoW runs at ~ 30fps for about 5 minutes and then goes to 2 fps. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone know how to fix this? Oh, and its been doing this for the Sims 3, too.

yes ur card in addition to their integration into your havin use the system RAM, get a new card. 9100 isn't for games, get a 9500GT Atleast it's a very basic card and can play, his chirping too, Lil one or more can get a 9600 that runs smoothly
