What video card do you recommend for World of Warcraft and Left 4 Dead 2?

I am looking for a decent video card for the price range $ 40 - $ 70 and is capable of running World of Warcraft large (60 + fps), and decent Left 4 Dead 2 (30-50 fps). I was looking at the 1GB HD 4350 Radeon, and XFX GeForce 8400 512MB. Some other video cards: Zotac GeForce 9400 MSI Geforce 9500 GT 1GB Sapphire Radeon HD 4650 512MB I believe my slots for video cards are PCI-Express, PCI-Express 2.0, PCI-Express x16 / x20 is a Dell Dimension E510 with an ATI Radeon x600 right now, and I have about 30-40fps in World of Warcraft, 10-20 fps in Left 4 Dead 2. Please cards video from which one or which is the best. If u recommend another video card, please make sure it is under $ 70 … or even better to give one days happy turkey url, enjoy.

Ok, so for left 4 dead two recommend buying a video card (which idk), but for World of Warcraft, it takes no additional video card. WoW is an old game which means it'll play on almost any computer with good speed Internet, even Windows 95!
