Is there an intercooler for a Macbook?

I have a regular macbook i use for gaming (WoW) and I dont have a desktop computer, so I use my Most of the time lap or a table, and the bottom gets very hot and the fan is at stake each time I am, I wondered if I could buy an intercooler or some sort of fan to put in my macbook to cool? (Not a fan of sitting at his side that blows air over it)
