wow servers list

getting out of a wow private server?
I have recently gotten onto a wow private server and my normal realm list will not come up how do i get out and back to my normal realm list?
You will need to change the realmlist.wtf file that you changed to access the private server.
Open the file REALMLIST.WTF in notepad. Delete the information there and replace it with:
set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com
then save it. You should be able to login to the Blizzard servers again.

You should also know that Emulators / private servers are against Blizzards TOS. If you have an active account with WoW, you’ve agreed with this the first time you logged in and the first time you logon after each patch. Your account can be banned for playing on a private server. You might want to weigh whether losing access to your characters is worth it.
Running (making) emulator / private server is actually illegal. Blizzard is one of the only game companies to win court cases against the operators of private servers. Even if you don’t have a WoW account, connecting to a private server is illegal.
