Where can I get World of Warcraft advice / discussion?

The official Blizzard forums, WoW is full of elitist idiots and will not respond questions well, I'm tired of forum trolls. When is a community of WoW players USEFUL? Thanks for offering your advice, but I was looking for a community as a forum. I'm not Real Madrid to WoW, I just leveled my lvl 70 so my first question is more advanced than a typical rookie wow "and would like more of an opinion.
