We have recently upgraded our trial account on WoW to a regular account and have received the following email :
Greetings,
This notice is being sent to inform you that we are currently processing the recently purchased electronic upgrade for your World of Warcraft account mes32121. Once your account is fully upgraded you will receive a confirmation email with additional information.
Effective immediately, the leveling restriction on the account has been lifted and you may begin leveling freely during this processing phase, though communication options will still be limited until the upgrade is complete.

I was wondering if anyone knew how long it takes for them to process our account – it has been about 6 hours since we received this email.

it generally doesnt take to long at all, the best way to check is to go to www.worldofwarcraft.com click on account management and log in. down towards the bottom of the main account page it should show the status of your account. if it still has not been upgraded your best bet is to get ahold of blizzard billing and account services via phone at 1-800-59-BLIZZARD. hope this is helpful
