Q How can the sound of my speakers?

Hi, I'm using a loudspeaker Ozaki 5.1 speaker system. With a Cr8tive sound blster. and reporting that my i sound dull and loses low for WoW and gameing as Wc3TFT and some media. some programs i can change the sound, but some i cannot. my old speaker system work perfectly.
