wow sound files download

My computers getting slow, and what should I do?

Every 6 months or so I get the disks my computer came with and like…refrag it or reformat when it starts to get slow. I’m guessing it gets slow because of virus’s and whatnot from stuff I download of the internet. And I’d rather do this then watch what I download :/

I’m considering doing it again soon, but it’s annoying because I also have to find all the drivers…like the sounds driver, video driver…blah blah internet browsing driver and the whole process takes like 2 days. Ehmmm….. I’m wondering if there’s an easier way to clean my computer or at least put all the drivers on a cd and files like WoW (especially the patch notes, those take at least 2 days to download).
